Only two variants of the Harley-Davidson 75- series were ever produced, the “Street 750” and the “Street Rod 750”.
The one version we’d hoped they’d make was a “flat tracker” based on the XR750 which H-D raced in the AMA flat track race series, but it never came.. so we built our own!
We took a perfectly serviceable Harley-Davidson Street 750 and tore it down to the engine & frame. Our team then went to work on adding a flat seat area and rear-set foot control mounts to the frame. Rather than use an off-the-shelf exhaust, we built a custom exhaust header to mount twin Ducati exhaust cans because.. why not? The skinny front end was ditched in favour of a new Harley-Davidson Softail front end & wheel. Handmade custom headstock internal parts were engineered to make this possible. The rear end, again was deemed too “stock” so, much head-scratching and work went into getting a wider Harley-Davidson Softail rear wheel to fit snuggly in, swapping out the stock belt drive system for a chain and sprocket. All of the original bodywork is no more, with a custom tank and panels instead, all Painted in “Irish” Racing Green! Lots of hidden electrics and lighting finished this beauty off and it aint just for show, this machine has plenty of go too!
